Empathy@Work  - Foundation (Start Level of NVC)

This is the Foundation of our Empathy@Work programme which has a tremendous impact on enhancing and restoring trust and collaboration in relationships/teams/organizations. It benefits engagement with employees, customers, action groups, and other external stakeholders. 

We present a clear and learnable methodology based on the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) process as developed by Marshall Rosenberg and the Mindfulness process as developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and others. We focuss on the transformation from habitual -and reactive thinking to mindful thinking through focusing on the needs, values, dreams, longings and hopes that are motivating our behaviour and actions. 

This Foundation fosters an attitude in your group/team/organization where each individual is fully and authentically present, and where all members fully value the “needs of the whole". The process inspires collaborative leadership in each individual and develops the skills to inspire engagement with internal and external stakeholders.

The structure of the Foundation:

- a 2-day basics workshop

- a support system to imbed the learnings in the workplace

- follow-up deepening workshops
